In the coming months the choral music of Nico Muhly
will be featured in the UK and Europe.Dominus Regnavit
is an anthem composed for Andrew Nethsingha and the choir of St John’s College, Cambridge. It is scored for treble semi-chorus, SATB choir and organ. It will be premiered on May 24.
Graham Ross and the Choir of Clare College, Cambridge will premiere another choral anthem by Muhly, Let all the world in every corner sing
. The choir will then give the London premiere at Christ Church, Spitalfields as part of their God is gone up
The Holland Festival in Amsterdam is the venue for the premiere of the new Spiral Mass
by Muhly. The Netherlands Chamber Choir will premiere the new mass on June 2 with the organist James McVinnie. The mass is a co-commission between Holland Festival and BBC Radio 3. The concert also includes Muhly’s Bright Mass with Canons
