Licensing and Tracking Manager Vacancy

Music Sales Ltd is seeking to appoint an experienced individual to this new role within its UK company.

Candidates should have experience of royalty and income tracking within the publishing sector and also have good inter-personal and negotiation skills. The role will be responsible for the following key areas:

· active tracking of royalties arising from the broad range of copyrights controlled by the Music Sales UK publishing companies;
· auditing of royalties received from 3rd party sub-publishers;
· circulation of information to overseas representatives for the purpose of income tracking;
· negotiation and licensing of professional sector grand rights.

The successful candidate will be comfortable dealing with a range of musical genres, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, pay high level attention to detail and have strong numeracy skills. Good communication skills are essential to ensure positive customer and internal relationships.
