Eric Whitacre will be making his BBC Proms debut this year, with a late night concert including the premiere of Higher, Faster, Stronger - a commission for the BBC Singers and the Eric Whitacre Singers. Whitacre will conduct the concert, which will also include a performance of his new a cappella work Alleluia.
