The recording features the Oxford-based chamber choir
conducted by Matthew Berry and presents a portrait of Whitbourn’s choral music and his distinctive yet accessible musical style.
The works included range from the monumental

, a large-scale work for chorus and instruments which fuses Indian and Western traditions.
