Summary

Aaron Holloway-Nahum is a composer, conductor and recording engineer. His music has recently been commissioned and performed by the BBC Symphony Orchestra (London), Pannon Philharmonic Orchestra (Hungary), HOCKET (Los Angeles), Third Coast Percussion (Chicago), Ben Roidl-Ward (Texas), the London Sinfonietta, LSO Soundhub, Ensemble Echapee (NYC) and Clarinetist Timothy Orpen. He has held fellowships with the Peter Eötvös Foundation, at the Aspen (2014) and Tanglewood (2015) music festivals, along with a Copland House Residency. Aaron is the Artistic Director of The Riot Ensemble, via which he has helped programme and lead more than one-hundred-eighty world and UK premieres since 2012. He works as a recording producer for Coviello Music Productions, and has produced and recorded musicians such as the Arditti Quartet, Ensemble Signal and Ensemble Intercontemporain. Aaron is a visiting lecturer at the Darmstadt School of Applied Sciences in Germany, and was recently the teaching fellow in composition at Royal Holloway (2017-18).
