Paul Mealor's Spirit of Hope was commissioned by Wales Millennium Centre and Only Kids Aloud (The Aloud Charity) to be premiered at the Artscape Theatre, Cape Town on Friday 2nd May 2014 by Wales Millennium Centre/Only Kids Aloud Chorus and The Cape Philharmonic Orchestra in collaboration with Cape Town opera.
