Jeff Beal to Conduct 'House of Cards in Concert'
CAMI (Columbia Artists Management LLC) and G. Schirmer, Inc. are pleased to announce House of Cards in Concert, part of CAMI's Symphonic Cinema series. This full-evening, live-to-screen concert event features the award-winning music from the Netflix original series House of Cards, performed live with orchestra and a video montage of scenes from the series projected over the stage. Jeff Beal, four-time Emmy award winning composer of the original music for all four House of Cards seasons, is the conductor.

This Netflix original series, now in its fourth season, has already won over twenty awards including six Emmy® awards, including the "Outstanding Musical Composition for a Series" award, and two Golden Globes. Incorporating video clips of the show's first three seasons, House of Cards in Concert is scored for full orchestra and soprano soloist. Audiences will reimagine the vivid characters and plot lines of House of Cards.

"I strove to give a musical voice to [the House of Cards characters'] world in the music," describes Beal, "to somehow echo the complex, dangerous and sly waters they tread in their quest for power and revenge."

The score and parts for House of Cards in Concert are available from G. Schirmer, Inc. Full-length and abridged versions of Beal's House of Cards Suite are also available for hire. This symphonic event is produced in association with Knight Takes King Productions, and can be booked through CAMI.
