Wlad Marhulets signs with G. Schirmer

G. Schirmer and Associated Music Publishers, part of the Music Sales Group, are pleased to announce the signing of Wlad Marhulets to an exclusive publishing agreement. With the signing, Marhulets is the newest to join the company's acclaimed roster of composers.

Marhulets says, "I am very excited to sign with G. Schirmer and be a part of a long tradition of established composers."

Marhulets’ music includes The Property, a chamber opera on the losses of war, and a Klezmer Clarinet Concerto. The Detroit Symphony, the Orchestre National de Lyon, the Sinfonietta Cracovia, the Lithuanian chamber choir Jauna Muzika, the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra, and the Lyric Opera of Chicago’s Lyric Unlimited are among the performers of his works.

Marhulets also composed original scores and additional music for a number of films, including Orchestra of Exiles (2012), November Man (2013), Ginosaji vs Ginosaji (2013), Sabotage (2013), Juggle & Cut (2013), Ruby Strangelove Young Witch (2014), The Giver (2014), and Hitman: Agent 47 (2015).
