Joby Talbot's 'Alice's Adventures in Wonderland' Comes to New York
Joby Talbot's acclaimed ballet Alice's Adventures in Wonderland comes to New York City for its US Premiere performances this September.

With choreography by Christopher Wheeldon, sets and costumes by Tony Award-winner Bob Crowley — and of course, the famous story and characters of Lewis Carroll — Alice combines "scenic spectacle of unprecedented extravagance" with "the extraordinary skill, versatility and spirit of the Canadian dancers" (Los Angeles Times). The Joyce Theatre brings the National Ballet of Canada to Lincoln Center's David H. Koch Theater from September 9-14.

Alice, written by Joby Talbot in 2010, was the the first full-length score for The Royal Ballet in 20 years. It is a co-production of The National Ballet of Canada and The Royal Ballet (UK).
