Alice score receives recognition
Joby Talbot receives wonderful reviews for his score to Alice's Adventures in Wonderland as it tours around the USA and Canada.

It is not often that the musical score of a ballet receives the limelight, but that is just what has happened for Talbot and his work for Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Touring with the National Ballet of Canada, Alice is being performed in California, Toronto and Washington, where Talbot's score has been called 'the invisible star' of the show. When the show opened in London last year, Musical Toronto website claims that the music 'had a substantial burden of expectation to bear - one that it fulfilled'. The production will be back in the UK from 15 March - 13 April 2013 at the Royal Opera House, and live in British cinemas on Thursday 28 March 2013. More details to follow.
