BAFTA nomination for Craig Armstrong
Recent Chester Music signing Craig Armstrong has been nominated for an Orange British Academy Film Award. His nomination for the Anthony Asquith Award for Achievement in Film Music comes for his score for the acclaimed film "Ray", a biopic of Ray Charles starring Jamie Foxx. Armstrong previously won the award as recently as 2002, for his score for "Moulin Rouge". Other recent winners have included Tan Dun for "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" and Philip Glass for "The Hours". The winners of this year's awards will be announced at an awards ceremony hosted by Stephen Fry at the Odeon, Leicester Square on 12 February.
